Are we really back to 9/10? Apparently so I’d say, after reading this article.
I don’t know what’s more frightening: the fact that the FBI so readily dismissed the remarkably similar arrests as unconnected, or the fact that in the latter case, the handgun actually made it on board the aircraft and the suspects were only apprehended after another passenger reported them as engaging in suspicious behavior. The aircraft was then turned around and brought back to the gates.
A handgun on board? A large knife in the luggage? Young radical Muslim men? Who just shaved their beards off? Come on fibbies, you gotta wake up quicker than that, the other side plays for keeps.
Actually, I never noticed either story, did you? And I almost missed another one, about an FBI agent illegally selling guns. Into Mexico. How inconvenient… where is all the self-righteous howling from the antis? I guess everybody is too busy dumping on Sarah Palin and canonizing the child molester to report actual news, eh? Especially when it reflects badly on the Federal police.
