I’m sure you’ve heard by now that Nancy Saving the Planet Pelosi took her Democrat crew, TV cameras and microphones this morning, declared a 5 week recess, turned out the lights and closed down Congress this morning. What’s up Nan? Afraid of a straight up or down vote on an energy plan? Did you know you didn’t have the votes? Hmmm?
A number of Republicans have soldiered on through the day, to make the point that the Democrats are standing in the way of doing something it seems a majority of Americans want something done about, NOW. On that list of Congressmen who stayed at work today is our own Bill Sali. Good job, Mr Sali. Thank you so much. It’ll be a pleasure to vote for you again.
