If the California Supreme Court has discovered a “fundamental constitutional right to form a family relationship“, perhaps the FLDS folks in Texas should just move to California and set up their families there? Might I also add that much of the California Supreme Court is made up of so-called “moderate Republicans“? Are these the same moderate Republicans running the GOP these days? By the way, these moderate Republican California justices still haven’t discovered the Second Amendment yet, for all of their “expertise” in the law. Just saying…
And maybe the bozo in Meridian Idaho who calls himself a reverend of the Hawaii Cannibis Ministry ought to spend his money on a move to San Francisco as well. Idaho doesn’t consider dope a sacrament (except in Hailey), but dope and dopeheads are well revered in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. The idea that dope is a sacrament, protected by the First Amendment freedom of religion isn’t going to fl as well in Idaho as it would in California.
Fluewelling says marijuana is a religious sacrament. According to police reports, he hands it out to others.
According to his religion, God bestowed upon the masses the recipe for a Holy anointing oil made of cannabis. But he says it’s confused as “calimus” in the King James Bible.
“Calimus is actually the poisonous root of a plant. So Cannabis makes more sense, thus we use it to make Holy anointing oil,” Fluewelling says.
The reverend says he applies the oil to his body every day, and smokes pot each morning to offer thanks. He says its provides spirirtual (sic) and physical healing.
Yep, he qualifies. He’d be right at home down there by the Bay.
If I thought they’d ever really build that fence, I’d suggest turning it at Arizona, and running it up to Oregon. Hey, a guy can dream.

Interesting thing how poeple just say what’s on thier minds with no reguard to the truth. Cannabis as a sacrament has been used by many cultures that predate our culture by thousands of years. What made cannabis ilegal was fear not science, ethics, or morality.
Cannabis is vital to our existence. It has been used to feed, clothe, provide shelter, fuel, medicine, and inspiration. All of these things constitute a human right. Human rights are God given rights different from civil rights that are decided on by the courts. Quite frankly the are no laws forbidding the use of cannabis as a sacrament. The only laws are for medical use or non use.
Like I said as a mormon missionary. You can’t possibly argue the credibility of the Book of Mormon if you have never read it. It is disrespectful to talk bad about someones religion no matter our ignorance on the issue. You should educate your self more before making a fool out of your self.
I am not a smart man nor do I spell well, but I do have respect for others and how they think. I have a possession of marijuana charge pre-trial comming up on the 10th of june as well. This is a repeat of last year when in Idaho they recognized my religious claim for cannabis and decided to stop the prosecution. I have a fan named police officer Eric Urian that seems to think he can violate civil rights in order to make a bust. This seems to be tipical of the Boise Police department.
By the way I would love to do an interview and talk about this.
