Here’s a little piece on Obama and the 2nd Amendment, from the RNC (note: this ad is more conservative than the party nominee, but it’s a good one)

If the California Supreme Court has discovered a “fundamental constitutional right to form a family relationship“, perhaps the FLDS folks in Texas should just move to California and set up their families there? Might I also add that much of the California Supreme Court is made up of so-called “moderate Republicans“? Are these the same moderate Republicans running the GOP these days? By the way, these moderate Republican California justices still haven’t discovered the Second Amendment yet, for all of their “expertise” in the law. Just saying…
And maybe the bozo in Meridian Idaho who calls himself a reverend of the Hawaii Cannibis Ministry ought to spend his money on a move to San Francisco as well. Idaho doesn’t consider dope a sacrament (except in Hailey), but dope and dopeheads are well revered in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. The idea that dope is a sacrament, protected by the First Amendment freedom of religion isn’t going to fl as well in Idaho as it would in California.
Fluewelling says marijuana is a religious sacrament. According to police reports, he hands it out to others.
According to his religion, God bestowed upon the masses the recipe for a Holy anointing oil made of cannabis. But he says it’s confused as “calimus” in the King James Bible.
“Calimus is actually the poisonous root of a plant. So Cannabis makes more sense, thus we use it to make Holy anointing oil,” Fluewelling says.
The reverend says he applies the oil to his body every day, and smokes pot each morning to offer thanks. He says its provides spirirtual (sic) and physical healing.
Yep, he qualifies. He’d be right at home down there by the Bay.
If I thought they’d ever really build that fence, I’d suggest turning it at Arizona, and running it up to Oregon. Hey, a guy can dream.
