Obama in the pulpit in front of a cross, doing the Lord’s work, running for President. McCain on a nationwide glowball warming crusade. Big government to the rescue, saving mankind from all of its sins.
There is something wrong in this country right now, and you can blame it on the media, or blame it on stupid voters, or blame it on a corrupt system… it doesn’t matter. Barack Obama is full of crap, and it has nothing to do with his color, his religion, or his party. You people who will fall for this baloney and vote for this guy truly do deserve what you get. The rest of us don’t. And you folks who want to try to tell me that unless I vote for McCain it’ll be like voting for Obama can stuff it.
If this guy is the best the Democrats have to offer, and a zillion Americans vote for him, then so be it. And if John McCain is the best the Republicans can scrounge up and he loses, then so be it. They’re both junk. It isn’t my fault. Every once in awhile the electorate goes brain dead. And right now the system is broken. Don’t tell me that voting for John McCain will save the day, and the country. Don’t tell me it isn’t a vote “for” McCain, it’s a vote “against” Barack Obama. I didn’t just fall off the turnip truck, and I recognize road apples when I see them. There’s a bumper crop this year, but I’m not buying.
